You CANNOT use MECHANICAL eyelash curlers as they can prematurely damage your Eyelash Extensions.

Eyelash extensions are created with a beautiful curl, but for those of you who want an extreme curl we recommend using a HEATED EYELASH CURLER.

How do I take care of Eyelash Extensions?

  • Do not wash eyes, swim, shower for 24 hours to allow adequate bonding time for the lashes
  • Be gentle with your lashes
  • Do not use a mechanical eyelash curler

  • You will need to have a consultation and test patch
  • No sun exposure, self tan or solarium for four to six weeks prior to commencement of treatment.
  • Begin using a SPF 30+ on the areas that are to be treated for two weeks prior and during treatment.
  • No waxing, plucking or bleaching for four weeks prior to your treatment.

Your first visit our highly trained Division 1 Cosmetiv Injecting Nurse will assess your individual requirements thorugh an extensive personalized skin consultation and complete medical history, discussing your concerns, associated risks and desired results.

You will then have a High –Definition consultation with one of our experience doctors, all of whom have undergone training developed by our Medical Board. Once the prescription is filled our Cosmetic Nurse will perform the treatment.

A 14 day review will be undertaken to assess the treatment and answer any questions you may have. Due to the conservative approach taken, you may wish to have a small top up dose. Your injector will then schedule a follow up appointment…

Immediately after treatment, you can expect a mild sunburn-like sensation, possibly accompanied by some minor swelling. This usually lasts 2 – 24 hour and can be soothed with cold gel or ice packs.

  • Sunspots / sun damage: the sunspots will darken after treatment and be naturally shed from the skin within 1-2 weeks
  • Rosacea: skin tone will be more normal, with less pronounced redness within a week after treatment.
  • Spider veins: vessels may disappear after treatment or they may appear darker and then fully or partially fade within 10 – 14 days.

Typically, several treatments will be necessary to achieve complete clearance of sunspots, rosacea and vessels.

  2. For best results moisturize daily and exfoliate once or twice per week
  3. Avoid pain for the gain and take some pain relief before hand
